Our Terms

  • We take a £50 deposit for PMU appointments and a small deposit for other beauty services.

    All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We require a Deposit as a commitment from you that you are serious about booking our services. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do it by sending us an email (covetedbeautyco@gmail.com or giving us a call 07867 783767 any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.

    No shows will be charged 50% of the initial cost of the procedure.

    Last minute appointments happening within the next 72 hours (48 hours for annual top ups) may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.

    DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Initial touch ups must be carried out within 4-8 weeks. Bookings outside of that timeframe will incur additional charges as more work is likely.

    On rare occasions you may require additional touch ups to achieve desired results.

  • WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HEALED RESULTS!

    Healed results vary for each client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process in your own body. A minimum of two sessions is recommended for everyone and in some circumstances more touch ups may be needed.

    Please remember, SPMU is not a replacement to makeup. It is done to enhance your natural features. All risks of the processes involved in cosmetic tattooing is agreed and understood by the client before the appointment.

    We reserve the right to refuse to work with clients who do not understand the concept of this policy.

  • Please be advised that I sometimes cannot work over previous tattoo. Previous pmu may be too dark, dense, discolored, or too difficult a shape to work with.

    In most cases I may recommend LiFT Tattoo lightening and removal sessions before we commit to cover up of previous pmu.

    All treatments are full price new client prices, not top up prices!

    All cases of previous PMU need to be pre-approved before booking an appointment. Please send an email entitled “Cover up” with photos to:

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is needed. 48 hrs for annual top ups. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment within your allocated timeframe, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

    You are allowed one reschedule.

    If more than one reschedule occurs there will be additional deposits.

  • We reserve the right to amend our prices at anytime. We commit to any prior booking at a set price however if you cancel or reschedule you may be subject to price changes

  • Cash, Card or Bank Transfer is accepted

  • We do not refund for our services.
